產(chǎn)品介紹
Glibenclamide (Glyburide) 是一種具有口服活性的 ATP 敏感的 K+ 通道 (KATP) 抑制劑，可用于糖尿病和肥胖的研究。Glibenclamide 抑制 P-glycoprotein。Glibenclamide 直接結(jié)合并阻斷KATP 的 SUR1 亞基并抑制囊性纖維化跨膜傳導(dǎo)調(diào)節(jié)蛋白 (CFTR)。Glibenclamid 通過(guò)誘導(dǎo)膜離子通透性干擾線粒體生物能。Glibenclamid 可誘導(dǎo)自噬。
